Immobiliare Podere No. 13 is situated in locality San Donato, a hamlet of Albinia, in the municipal district of Orbetello, Grosseto. This is where the unspoilt nature of the Maremma Joins the crystal clear sea waters of the most beautiful part of the Central Italian coast.

With reference to the archaelogical sites one cannot omit Sovana, the City of Cosa, Roselle, Vetulonia and Populonia.
For nature and animal lovers we have to signal the Maremma Natural Park, the WWF Oasi of the Lagoon of Ortebello (pink flamingoes, herons and cavaliere d’Italia birds), and Lake Burano. All these places are easily reachable using the Aurelia and Maremma roads.
